Welcome to Deeside Activity Park, the premier Outdoor Activities and Corporate Event & Teambuilding venue in the North East of Scotland.

Based on Royal Deeside in Grampian, Aberdeenshire we offer a range of outdoor and corporate team building activities and events. Only 45 minutes from the centre of Aberdeen we offer activities ranging from quad biking round our mud-splattered course and kart racing on our asphalt racing circuit, to hitting the bullseye on our fully automatic archery range and breaking a clay at our clay shooting facility. In addition, we also offer 4x4 offroad driving, paintball, and rifle target shooting amongst others.

The fishery opened in May 1994 with just the one loch and since then many changes and additions have been made, earning it the reputation as one of the premier still water fisheries in Scotland.The 4 lochs and bait pond combined provide a total of 19 acres of water for bank fly fishing. The lochs are fortunate in that they are fed by the beautiful clear water "borrowed" from the Kelloch Burn, sourced from springs rising on the Foudland Hill.

Derek a master joiner to trade renovated a large guest-house in the west end of Aberdeen and with hsi wife Sandra ran it for over 9 years before moving to Inverurie as proprietors of a pub restaurant. In 1993 they built their house nearby and after selling the pub in 2003 extended and customized the house to what is now with 5 large en-suite letting rooms.
